All music, artwork, photos, logos and copy on this site belong to KIDPUNK or our licensors. Fan use is fine — reposting a photo, sharing a lyric, making a shirt for yourself. Commercial resale isn't.
Prices are in GBP unless stated. Orders are confirmed when we email you. We can cancel an order and refund it if a listing was wrong (typo, wrong price, out of stock).
Unworn merch can be returned within 14 days of delivery for a refund minus shipping. Faulty items get a full refund or replacement — email kidpunk808@gmail.com with a photo.
Tickets are sold via third-party partners. Their terms apply on top of ours. Don't scalp — we'll void tickets we spot on resale sites.
Don't hack the site, spam the forms, or use it to be a dick to other fans. We can ban accounts that do.
The site is provided 'as is'. We're not liable for indirect losses, gig cancellations by venues, or lost ticket emails you sent to the spam folder.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
