KIDPUNK ('we', 'us', 'the band') runs this website to share music, tour dates, merch and general noise. If you want to reach us about privacy, email kidpunk808@gmail.com.
When you sign up, buy merch, or contact us we may collect your name, email, shipping address, order details, and basic device / analytics data (pages viewed, rough location, browser). We don't sell that data. Ever.
To ship your order, answer your message, send tour announcements you asked for, keep the site running, and figure out which songs and cities are worth returning to.
Only the services we need to run the band: hosting, payment processors, email delivery, shipping partners, and analytics. They're contractually held to keep your data safe. No third-party marketing sales.
You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data at any time. Email kidpunk808@gmail.com and we'll handle it within 30 days.
We keep order info as long as tax law requires. Marketing data stays until you unsubscribe. Analytics data is aggregated after 26 months.
If this policy changes, the date at the top changes with it. Keep an eye on it — same as our setlist.
